CRY America Events 2024 Event Waiver and Release:

• I agree and will hold harmless CRY, Child Rights and You America (CRY America) organization, its board, staff, volunteers, event sponsors and all parties connected with a CRY America event from any liability as a result of my participation.
• I will permit emergency treatment in the event of injury or illness while participating in the event.
• All event registrations/ entries for children under 18 years must be approved and signed by a parent/legal guardian of the child. All event related activities (event registration, uploading of video, promotions etc) to be undertaken by the parent/ legal guardian on behalf of the child.
• I agree to give permission to CRY America to use my name, photo and/or video submission for, during or after the event in any promotional materials, publications, or on the CRY America website.
• I understand that CRY America withholds the right to dismiss anyone that may cause a disturbance at the event.
• I certify that I have read this waiver and release and understand its content and intent.
