Lets Protect India’s Children

Child Rights and You is an Indian nonprofit organization, which aims to restore and protect children’s rights in India. 

With the great number of donors and volunteers who have helped, CRY America has so far impacted about 733,684 children by:

• Immunizing 
• Forming effective children’s groups 
• Covering countless villages/slums
• Enrolling many children into schools 
• And many other forms of aid and support 

Yet in order to continue creating a great impact on the lives of many underprivileged children in India, WE NEED YOUR HELP. 

Recently, due to COVID-19 many of these underprivileged children and their families are suffering even more.  We are all affected by this pandemic in some way, however, most of us have the resources and general knowledge to protect ourselves and our family from this deadly virus. The underprivileged kids in India should be considered our family and I strongly encourage all of you to do what it takes to protect and encourage a bright future for them during this crucial time.

I chose to campaign with CRY because it gives me the great opportunity to make a change in someone’s life who really needs it. These children should be in school studying and working towards receiving an education, not taking part in physical labor so that they can support their family. 

Primary reasons why these children drop out of school:

• Early Marriage 
• Child Labor 
• Discrimination
• No toilets 
• No schools nearby
